According to reports reaching The Post, the winner of the Democracy Cup football game between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak will play American club, DC United in the United States of America.
The Democracy Cup, which has been sanctioned by the Ghana Football Association is a cup game which is being organised by the Parliament of Ghana in commemoration of 30 years of Parliamentary democracy in Ghana.

The game will be played on the 5th of July, 2024 at the Accra Sports Stadium.

As it stands now, it is not clear when the winner of the game will travel to the United States to play the Washington, D.C -based club, DC United.
