A 25-year old woman identified as Rita has killed her 5-year old son after the child’s father refused to let the child live with him.
According to the report, Rita took her son to the father because she does not have money to take care of the child.
The father refused to take the child and told Rita to go home.
After some time, the child was reported missing and Rita went to information centres to ask people to help her find her son.
After police investigations, Rita was arrested and upon interrogations, she took the police to pit where the child’s body was.
She later confessed that after the father refused to let the child live with him, she took the child to where the pit was and tied him. She pushed her son into the pit and left.
The body of the 5-year old boy was retrieved and taken to the morgue.
