Sogne Yacouba, according to report, has told the General Manager of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Nana Coker that he wants to leave the club.
Yacouba has not played for Kotoko since the 2-0 win over Ebusua Dwarfs in Kumasi.
Yacouba, The Post understands, sent a message to Nana Coker and informed him of his decision to leave the club. According to the report, Yacouba told Coker he has gotten an offer from an Egyptian club and Coker told him to let the club write formally to Kotoko for negotiations to take place.
The Executive Chairman of the club, Dr Kwame Kyei revealed some weeks ago that the club would not renew his contract due to the demands of the player.
The Burkinabe joined the club from Stade Malian and since last year, he has been linked to several clubs including Al Hilal of Omdurman, Accra Hearts of Oak and Ashanti Gold.
