Zoomlion workers threaten to curse DCE and Assembly members after over 100 workers were sacked

Zoomlion workers at Pru District in the Brong Ahafo region are threatening to curse the DCE and the Assembly members after being sacked.

The workers totaling more than 100 yesterday were told they have been sacked when they went to work.

The workers who have been working for 7 months without salary and also receive GHC 100 a month got angry when started to threaten the DCE and the assembly members.

Reports gathered indicate that the YEA coordinator was the one who mentioned the names of those who have been fired so only the YEA knows where the list came from.

Also, reports indicate other people have already been hired to replace those who have been sacked.

As at now it is not known why they were sacked.

The laid off workers are threatening to use Antoa Nyamaa and other gods to curse the DCE and the Assembly members.
