Floods take over some parts of Accra

Some parts of Accra last night got flooded after hours of torrential rain.

The rain which started around 8 pm lasted for about 7 hours.

The rain entered houses and carried debris to the houses and also to the streets.

Kaneshie, Kwabenya, Okponglo, Madina are among the affected areas.

Commercial and private car drivers had to leave their cars and run for safety.
