According to a report by Oyerepa Radio’s Harry Baffour Awuah, the Interim Management Committee of Asante Kotoko has tasked the leader of the club’s supporters group, Christopher Damenya to help the club get replica jerseys for the supporters.
According to Awuah, the club’s kits sponsors, The Hope Brand (THB) cannot produce the replica jerseys for the club.
Per the report, although THB is based in Germany, the replica jerseys will be made in China and it is not clear when the jerseys will be available for the fans to purchase them.
Since Kotoko signed a one-year contract with THB, there have been questions about the deal as some fans believe Kotoko is bigger than THB.
