The former President of Ghana, John Agyekum Kuffour has been shocked by the death of the Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon, Emmanuel Kyeremateng Agyarko who died yesterday at the age of 61.
Kuffour also described him as a hardworking man who always did that is required of him.
Agyarko died in the United States of America after a long battle with an illness.
He was also the Chairperson of the Environment, Science and Technology Committee of Parliament and at a point in time served on the Government’s Assurance and Health Committees.
The late pharmacist-turned-politician obtained a BSc in Pharmacy at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in 1982.
