Division One club, Ahafo Kenyasi Unity FC are begging the CEO of Asante Kotoko, Nana Yaw Amponsah to help them secure a sponsorship.
Since becoming the CEO of Asante Kotoko last year, Nana Yaw Ampnsah has secured nine sponsorship/partnership deals for Kotoko and the number is expected to reach at least 12 by the end of the year.
The club’s newest sponsor is betting company Betika in a deal worth GHS 1.3 million.
Kotoko is now the most sponsored club in the country and the club has more sponsors than the Ghanaian Premier League.
Unity FC in a tweet said if Nana Yaw helps them to secure a sponsorship deal, they will write his name in front of their jersey.
In a follow-up tweet, Unity FC said Nana Yaw Amponsah has not replied their message after checking the club’s Twitter inbox.
